MODULE 4 and 5
Discover practical tools for healthy living immediately affecting your overall physical and mental wellbeing. In this modules you will learn easy to assimilate and implement information and advice on cravings, digestion, creating gourmet mindset, hydration, sleep, physical activity, slowing down to speed up, journaling and taking due responsibility and more. You can use these and other modules to help you employ any diet of choice and strengthen your success.
MODULE 6
